Louvres, Solar Shading, Smoke Ventilation and Outdoor Living Specialists

We are a Scottish based company specialising in louvres, brise soleil (solar shading), smoke & natural ventilation and outdoor living products, providing a complete design, supply and installation package.

As part of our louvre, solar shading and outdoor living activities we operate as Renson Fabrications Limited Approved Fabricator and Installer (AFI). This enables us to fabricate and powder coat their products locally thus minimising lead-in times and affording us greater control over the full design, manufacture and installation procedure.

Within the smoke ventilation field, we offer design advice tailored to satisfy all the relevant requirements of the British Standards and Building Regulations applicable to the protection of staircases, lobbies, shopping malls and individual commercial and industrial units.

We also provide and install a variety of smoke ventilators, individually selected to satisfy the job specific requirements, which are complemented by the very latest in controls systems.

Within the smoke ventilation field, we offer a maintenance and servicing facility. This can include cyclical maintenance and certification on an annual basis to ensure systems are in line with legal requirements, or replacement and modernisation of inoperable aged systems.

We have been established some 25 years now, during which period we have been fortunate enough to be involved in many of the more prestigious projects within Scotland, North West and North East England.

We presently work closely with many of the major local Construction Companies, Architects and M & E Consultants, providing design information and budget costs and tenders.
